How do we store your data?

Nexum securely stores your data in an Oracle Cloud datacenter in the United Kingdom. We use secure private keys when accessing servers via SSH, and protect our credentials locally with a password management tool. Nexum may keep your data until you request its removal and this request is processed.

What are your data protection rights?

Nexum would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Some of the following may apply to you based on applicable law.

The right to access – You have the right to request Nexum for copies of your personal data.

The right to rectification – You have the right to request that Nexum correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request Nexum to complete the information you believe is incomplete.

The right to erasure – You have the right to request that Nexum erase your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that Nexum restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to Nexum’s processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to data portability – You have the right to request that Nexum transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
